The apartment is located few steps down the street from the main building and is semi-basement.

The apartments are located in a quiet part of the center of Reykjavik. They are fully furnished with their own kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi Internet is for FREE.

No further costs for cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Arrival & Departure
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out to 11:00

- Guests are kindly requested to inform the us of the estimated time of arrival in advance, theirs flight number is most helpful if arriving by plane

Payments
- Visa, Euro/Master-card with 1% surcharge.
- The first night is the deposit paid by the booking.
- Cancellation fee up until 1 week before arrival is the deposit.  Cancellation fee with less than 1 week before arrival is the whole stay unless we mange to rent the apartment out to other guests.

- The right is reserved to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival

Facilities & more
- Non-smoking apartments, but easy access to smoking area on the plot
- Studio apartments have open area kitchen, sleeping and living room. Bathrooms are always separate within the apartments
- Private Car parking in front of the apartments or few steps away (8 EUR per night)

- Bicycles are available for rent during summer months (18 EUR per day)
- Access to a washing- and a drying machine for those who stay for at least 3 nights.

- Dry cleaning company is next door

- Tourist Information Bureau is just around the corner

- In the case the guests prefer not to share a sleeping-sofa, there is most often the possibility of getting an extra bed for free, given there are not already staying 5 guests in the apartment
